How to Submit Your T-Shirt Contest Entry
Find the Contest Entry Form
Students must submit designs using this form. National PTA will not accept entries by email.
Start Your Entry Form
When you start your entry, you will be prompted to log in to a Portal account. If you forgot your password, click Forgot Your Password and follow the steps to reset it.
To create an account, click Register in the top right corner. Fill out the form with your information or sign up using your Google account. Then, click Create Account.
To access your account without starting a new entry, click Log In in the top right corner.
Complete the Contest Entry Form
Your entry has three sections:
- Student Artist Information
- Entry Agreement
- Design Upload
Click Next to move through each page. After you’ve filled in all the information, signed the Entry agreement, and uploaded your design, click Mark As Complete.
Submit the Contest Entry Form
Once an entry is marked complete, you’ll have two options available in the entry menu to the left of your screen: Review and Submit.
Choose Review to go over your entry and make sure everything is correct. Once you submit, you cannot make edits.
If you need to edit an entry before you submit, choose Edit from the meatballs menu (⋯) in the upper right, opposite the entry menu.
Choose Submit when ready. A confirmation message will be sent to your account email.
